Details you hand us directly. Most of what we hold is information you type into a quote form, send in an email or text, or give us over the phone while we plan your event. Quotes, orders, event files, invoices and correspondence stay on file as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy tax, accounting, insurance and legal retention requirements. Records we no longer need are deleted or archived on a routine schedule.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we work with vendors who do the same. No website, email system or database can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security of anything transmitted to us online.
